Hi, I’m Erika Flint, Board Certified Hypnotist and Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor at Cascade Hypnosis Center. I help a lot of people with stress and anxiety at our center, it’s something I do nearly every day. As a matter of fact almost every client I see has some level of stress or feelings of anxiousness that we work on – it’s prevalent in today’s world and most people don’t have good tools to reduce stress and feelings of anxiousness in their body.

The good news is that I have dozens of techniques to help people feel less anxious and more calm and relaxed. This is a specialty area of mine that I absolutely love to help people with and it’s amazing to me the difference I’ve seen in the look on my client’s face as they realize they don’t have to feel so stressed or feel  that feeling of anxiousness in their body anymore. They don’t have to allow the stress or anxious feelings to take over their thoughts and body – there is another way.

In today’s world stress is usually (not always) just a thought – we think about something we need to do or something we don’t know how to do, or in many cases we think about a person who is difficult or mean and we’re forced to deal with them on a regular bases. It’s a thought that brings up the feeling of stress and anxiousness in our body. And at Cascade Hypnosis Center we use the most advanced and powerful hypnosis techniques to create a different thought to bring down the feelings of anxiousness in the body. We use the incredible power of the human mind – using a mind-body connection that is an inherent part of every human – you just need to learn how.  It’s remarkably easy to learn and can be applied very quickly.
