The Alpha Sequence Hypnosis Script and Audio Download
Experience deep inner calm and awareness in just 5 minutes a day
Alpha is the bridge that connects the heart-mind for deeper connection, understanding, and richer life experiences.
Harnessing the alpha brain wave state establishes consistent access to the subconscious and unconscious minds.
Practice the Alpha Sequence
With The Alpha Sequence, you stabilize your nervous system and experience a deeper awareness of your true self.
This powerful hypnotic technique is designed to help you achieve clarity of thinking, faster decision-making, and the ability to remain in flow for long periods of time, leading to increased brain coherence, peace, happiness, and fulfillment.

By practicing for as little as 5 minutes per day, you can enjoy better sleep, improved motivation and energy, and an increase in the frequency and depth of spiritual experiences.
The Alpha Sequence is your key to unlocking the power of your mind and achieving a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling rapid transformation, the way the brain already learns.
Practice the basic 4 steps of the Alpha Sequence
Step 1: Close your eyes
In this simple, deliberate step, external stimuli diminish. This naturally drops your mind into an alpha brainwave state.
Step 2: Relax your jaw
And as you do, it comes open slightly, which engages the vagus nerve. Right now, the vagus nerve is sending messages to every muscle, nerve, and cell in your body that now is the time to relax.
You are in exactly the right place, at exactly the right time.
Good job.
Step 3: Gradually slow down your breathing
Get into that comfortable, slow rhythm of breathing with a long exhalation.
This invites your body to relax even further, which then allows your mind to drift peacefully.
Step 4: Relax the back of your tongue
Liberate your tongue from the part of your mind that is preparing to speak.
Imagine speech dissolving as the mind is freed to experience new thoughts, expansive thoughts, or perhaps no thoughts at all: pure silence, peace, and tranquility.
