Practice the Alpha Sequence
With The Alpha Sequence, you stabilize your nervous system and experience a deeper awareness of your true self.
This hypnotic technique is designed to support clarity of thinking, faster decision-making, and the ability to remain in flow for longer periods of time. Practiced consistently, it can become a familiar way to reconnect with calm, peace, and your own deeper resourcefulness.
Alpha is the bridge that connects the heart and mind for deeper connection, understanding, and richer life experiences.
The basic steps
Step 1: Close your eyes
In this simple, deliberate step, external stimuli diminish. This naturally helps your mind shift toward an alpha brainwave state.
Step 2: Relax your jaw
As your jaw relaxes and opens slightly, the vagus nerve receives a gentle signal that now is the time to relax.
Step 3: Gradually slow down your breathing
Let your breathing settle into a comfortable, slower rhythm with a longer exhalation. This invites the body to soften and the mind to drift peacefully.
Step 4: Relax the back of your tongue
Let the back of your tongue soften. This releases the part of the mind preparing to speak, making room for spaciousness, quiet, and stillness.
