Returns and Refunds
- Class and workshop registrations are non-refundable. Your registration reserves a limited seat, and we plan instructors, class size, and materials based on confirmed registrations.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. If you contact us before the class begins, we may, at our sole discretion, allow a one-time transfer to a future class if space is available. Transfers are not guaranteed.
- Participants who do not attend their scheduled class or workshop (no-shows) forfeit their registration and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- Refunds on hypnosis certification courses. All certification course payments are non-refundable and can be used toward a future course date with a $500 course transfer fee.
- No refunds are offered on services or deposits for services. Services can be rescheduled within 10 business days without any charge or change fee.

Shipping
- Domestic Orders: All Domestic orders will be shipped Fed Ex Ground or USPS. All International orders will be shipped USPS or Fed Ex. Some orders may include insurance costs. Alternate shipping methods available by request, additional charges may apply. Orders will be processed for shipping within 2 business days from receipt of order.
- International Orders : Note that additional costs for Custom’s duty, VAT or GST may be incurred in your country. We are not responsible for this extra cost.
Returns/ Exchanges
- Defective CDs/DVDs – Mechanically defective CD’s & DVD’s may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be made only upon receipt by us of the defective merchandise. We cannot be responsible for return shipping cost.
