Here’s how to get the most out of this class:
- Prepare your environment for a comfortable, undisturbed 75 minutes. Use headphones, and a recliner ideally.
- Download the outline.
- Watch the training video – it includes the hypnosis for your first time through. Take notes, and pause/notice what CALM you’ve experienced.
- Return daily, and listen in sequence, to the two hypnosis recordings at the bottom of this page.
