Q: Will I lose control or do embarrassing things?
A: No. Hypnosis is focused attention, not unconsciousness. You’re aware the entire time. You won’t do or say anything you don’t want to.
Q: What if I can’t be hypnotized?
A: Everyone can be hypnotized – it’s just focused attention. If you’ve ever been absorbed in a movie or driven somewhere without remembering the drive, you’ve been in hypnosis.
Q: Will this fix my sleep in one session?
A: Many people sleep better that night. Some need more repetition. The workshop gives you the tools – how fast you use them depends on your specific situation. Think of it as planting the seed. The recording helps it grow.
Q: I’ve tried hypnosis apps and they didn’t work.
