Harmony, Your Hypnosis App
Once you are a client, you will receive an email from Professional Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Services with an invitation to set up your account. That email includes a link to create your password, this is what gives you access to Harmony, your private library of hypnosis recordings.

Getting Started at Home
Once you are in Harmony, start with Relaxation. Two recordings are the best place to begin: Learning to Relax and Learning to Relax and Fall Asleep.
Listen to both as often as you can, at least once a day. A good rhythm is Learning to Relax earlier in the day, and Learning to Relax and Fall Asleep as you go to bed at night.
You do not need to do anything special to prepare. Find a quiet moment, get comfortable, and simply listen. If your mind wanders, that is normal, just let the recording bring you back. This is a skill your mind builds with repetition, not something you have to force.
