What if I can't be hypnotized?

What if I've had a panic attack?
Panic attacks are your nervous system’s learned response to perceived danger. Hypnosis helps you retrain that response at the subconscious level – so your body learns it’s safe, and the panic attacks stop showing up. However, if you have a diagnosis of panic attacks from your doctor, it’s important we discuss course of action first in concert with your existing providers.
