IMPORTANT: We work alongside your medical care, not as a replacement. Before we begin, you’ll need clearance from your doctor to ensure we’re addressing chronic discomfort, not new medical issues that need diagnosis.

Once cleared, we talk about your specific discomfort patterns – where it is, when it started, what makes it worse, and what emotions are tied to it (anger, grief, frustration).

STEP 2: Personalized Hypnosis Program (5-6 sessions)

Weekly sessions (90 minutes each) where you learn to control your own comfort levels using hypnoanesthesia – the ability to turn down the signal your brain receives.

What we address:

  • Teaching your brain to de-prioritize the signal (like tuning out background noise in a crowded room)
  • Updating language patterns that keep discomfort sharp or heavy
  • Releasing anger, grief, and loss of dignity tied to the situation
