How The 6 Weeks Work

WEEK 2: Clarity (W) – What Do You Actually Want?
What We Cover:
- Move from “what I don’t want” to “what I DO want”
- Cut through the chaos to hear yourself clearly
- Work with the three blockers: limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, overwhelm
- Group hypnosis: Accessing your deeper knowing
- Practice: Clarity journaling + Alpha Sequence
