What This Is
A one-hour somatic hypnosis class that helps you experience calm - not just think about it.
We start by getting clear on what calm actually means to you. Not some generic definition, but your calm. What does one point more calm feel like in your body? Where would you use it in your life?
Then we identify what's getting in the way. Fear? Overwhelm? That constant internal seeking that never shuts off? You can't shift something until you name it.
After that, we begin with a fractionation style hypnotic experience - two hypnosis experiences, back to back. The second will be even deeper, as you were just there. Two guided hypnosis sessions using the Alpha Sequence - a five-step process that systematically brings you into deeper relaxation. You'll learn the Hand on the Heart technique (backed by neuroscience, releases as much serotonin and oxytocin as getting a hug). And you'll experience what it's like when your body finally feels safe enough to let go.
This is somatic work. You're not trying to think your way into calm. You're teaching your nervous system what calm actually feels like.
